Poem - I Hear

I hear

When I think of school

I hear

Kids shouting as if they were giants

“Roar!”

Bells ringing

I hear the TV playing videos

Lots of bangs, crashes and booms.

Kids running as if they were a cheetah.

Typing keyboards.

Children laughing like someone was tickling them.

Teachers talking, someone is in trouble 

And there, just outside the top window

As if it had never ceased to be

But only needed listening to

A paper rustling in the air, floating free.

Here is the original poem. I have written my own version 

Twinkle Twinkle on the Xylophone

As part of our unit on sound we learnt to play this on the xylophone. We played it at our on-line assembly.

Today we learnt about writing complex sentences different ways. Here are my 2 sentences.

We are going to the the Warrior's game, if we can get tickets.
If we can get tickets, we are going to the Warrior's game.

This week we learnt about comparative and superlative adjectives. We made this DLO to show you an example. The comparative is anger and the superlative is angriest.
